Return Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our 30-day Return Policy and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. With prior authorization and within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from www.TheBookLouse.com for any reason, for a replacement or a refund (if the return is the result of a mistake by TheBookLouse.com, we will also refund the return shipping cost and carry the subsequent shipping fees). Please be aware that a 20% restocking fee of the product's cost will be charged for returns or exchanges. We also suggest you use delivery confirmation on all returns. Please note this expense will not be reimbursed. We also will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- All exchanges or refunds must be pre-arranged and include the return authorization number issued by TheBookLouse.com.
- Authorization numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of the tube or box. Any tube or box not clearly marked will not be accepted.
- A refund of a returned order (minus the 20% restocking fee and initial shipping charge) will be made in the same way that payment was received. If you paid for your order via paypal we will refund the amount to that account only. If a credit card was used for payment, refunds will only be made to the same card.
- Any exchange items will be sent to the original address only.
- No shipping fees will be refunded. Not the original shipping fees nor any subsequent shipping fees that will occur due to a return.
- If contact with TheBookLouse.com about a return or exchange has not been established within the 30 days of receipt of the order, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
If your item can not ship due to out-of-stock condition or discontinued item in 3-5 business days a refund will be automatically issued in the same way that payment was received.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. These type of addresses are set up by the United States Postal Service for personal and military use.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to deliver. (Some times longer depending on customs).
International shipping rates are as followed:
USPS Priority Flat-Rate Envelope (up to 4 pounds) $20.00 Size 12.5" x 9.5"
USPS Priority Flat-Rate Box (up to 20 pounds) $49.00 Sizes 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8"
*** we will contact you if a Flat-Rate Box is the only way to ship item(s) due to size and/or weight.
Return To Sender: If an order is sent back to us by the post office for any reason, i.e. incorrect address, unclaimed, customer has moved..... it is the customer's responsibility to provide the shipping cost of resending the item. If a customer decides he/she does no longer want the item(s), only the item (minus a 20% restocking fee) will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If an order is returned to us, you will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail. However, please be aware that it is then your responsibility to contact us for payment options and the resolution of the situation. Return to sender orders will be held for 15 days. If no contact has been made by the customer within those 15 days items will be restocked.

Express shipping on books is not available at this time.
